The probably most amazing way to support us and perhaps the most beautiful experience for you is to become a part of our wonderful KEP family and actively participate as a volunteer in our KEP project in Izmir.

KEP (Kolektif Etki Program / Collective Impact Program) is both the name of our Women Empowerment and Education Center for disadvantaged, refugee, and Turkish women, and the name of our association founded specifically for the project in Izmir.

Our KEP house is located in a beautiful neighborhood called Buca, in a historic "Old Greek House." There, we all live and work together as an equal team.

Food and accommodation are, of course, provided for our volunteers. You only need to take care of your flight and entry formalities.
